The Seller operates the digital exhibition Museum AI (the “exhibition”). The buyer is a school or another organisation that orders access (the “Customer”).

2. Subject of the contract

The subject of the contract is online access to the Museum AI digital exhibition for the school and its pupils. The exhibition runs in a web browser and contains educational content on the history and present of artificial intelligence. No installation or pupil registration is needed.

3. Prices

  1. Entry per pupil: €2.90 excl. VAT for each pupil stated in the order.
  2. Annual licence for the whole school: €179 excl. VAT. Valid for 12 months from the moment access is granted, for an unlimited number of pupils and classes of the school.
  3. VAT is added in accordance with the applicable regulations.
  4. The price shown on the website at the time of the order applies, or the price stated in an offer the Customer has confirmed.

4. Order and conclusion of the contract

  1. The contract is concluded in one of these ways:
    • by submitting the order form on the Museum AI website, or
    • by confirming the Seller’s offer with a reply by email (for example “yes”).
  2. In the order or reply the Customer states the school’s name, a contact person, an email address and, for entry per pupil, the number of pupils.
  3. The Seller may decline an order, in particular if the details are incomplete or untrue. The Seller will let the Customer know by email without undue delay.

5. Access and payment

  1. Access first, invoice afterwards. The Seller emails the Customer the exhibition password, usually within 1 working day and no later than 5 working days after the contract is concluded.
  2. Once access is granted, the Seller issues an invoice in our invoicing system and sends it electronically to the Customer’s email. The invoice is payable within 14 days of issue.
  3. Payment is made by bank transfer using the details on the invoice.
  4. If the Customer does not pay the invoice even after a reminder, the Seller may suspend access.

6. Licence terms

  1. Access entitles the Customer to use the exhibition in teaching with its pupils: for entry per pupil, for the number of pupils ordered; for the annual licence, for the whole school for 12 months from access.
  2. The password is only for the Customer, its teachers and pupils. It must not be published or shared with other schools.
  3. The Customer may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit the content of the exhibition.
  4. The exhibition is provided as is. The Seller keeps improving it and may change its content, provided its scope is not substantially reduced.

7. Obligations of the parties

  1. The Seller makes the exhibition available over the internet. The Seller is not liable for outages caused by the school’s connection, devices or network settings.
  2. The Customer provides true and complete details and protects the password from misuse.
  3. The Customer reports any defects to info@muzeumai.sk; the Seller will fix them within a reasonable time.

8. Cancellation

  1. The Customer may cancel the order free of charge by email until the Seller has granted access.
  2. Once access is granted, the exhibition is digital content supplied at the Customer’s request, so the contract cannot be withdrawn from and the price is not refunded, except where the exhibition does not work for reasons on the Seller’s side and the Seller fails to fix it.

9. Personal data

The Seller processes the personal data from the order (contact person, email, phone, school details) to process the order and invoice it. The exhibition does not collect pupils’ data. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

10. Final provisions

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
  2. Disputes are resolved primarily by agreement, otherwise by the competent court of the Slovak Republic.
  3. The Seller may change these Terms. The version in force when the contract was concluded applies to it; the current version is always on the Museum AI website.
  4. These Terms are valid and effective from 12 October 2026.
